Services vary based on each nurse’s education, licensure, certifications, experience, and applicable laws. Examples may include:

What are the profile rules?

Can I offer services in multiple states?

Are nurses employees of WholeWell RN?
No. Nurses listed on the platform are independent professionals or independent business owners. They are solely responsible for the services they provide, their business operations, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
Can I advertise any service I want?
No. Services listed on your profile must be truthful, professionally appropriate, and within your legal scope of practice. Misleading claims, false credentials, guarantees of outcomes, or services that violate laws or professional regulations are prohibited.
What happens if my nursing license expires or is disciplined?
You must promptly update your information and discontinue offering services that require an active license if your license is inactive, suspended, restricted, or revoked. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in profile suspension or removal.
Can WholeWell RN remove my profile?
Yes. WholeWell RN reserves the right to suspend, reject, or remove profiles that violate platform policies, provide false information, engage in unsafe or unethical conduct, misuse the platform, or otherwise threaten the integrity of the community.
Does WholeWell RN guarantee referrals or clients?
No. Listing on the platform does not guarantee inquiries, referrals, appointments, or income. Success depends on many factors, including profile quality, location, services offered, market demand, and client preferences.
How are cancellations and refunds handled?
Membership fees, subscription terms, and refund policies are governed by the applicable terms presented at the time of purchase. Nurses are responsible for establishing and communicating their own cancellation and refund policies for services they provide directly to clients.
Can clients leave reviews?
Yes. Clients may have the opportunity to leave honest feedback based on their experiences. Reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or violate platform policies may be removed or moderated at WholeWell RN’s discretion.
How should I protect client privacy?
Nurses are expected to safeguard confidential information and comply with all applicable privacy and confidentiality laws and professional obligations. Do not share protected or personally identifiable information without proper authorization.
Can I collect health information through the platform?
Only as permitted by applicable law and for legitimate professional purposes. Nurses are responsible for handling any information they collect in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.
What services are prohibited on WholeWell RN?
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Practicing outside your legal scope of practice.
- Misrepresenting your credentials, experience, or qualifications.
- Providing fraudulent or deceptive services.
- Making guarantees of medical outcomes.
- Using another person’s license or identity.
- Offering illegal products or services.
- Violating patient privacy or confidentiality.
- Engaging in discrimination, harassment, or abusive conduct.
- Using the platform for spam or unrelated commercial activities.
Who is responsible for the care provided?
Each nurse is solely responsible for the professional services they provide, including clinical decisions, documentation, communication, and compliance with applicable laws and standards. WholeWell RN provides a platform for discovery and connection and does not direct, supervise, or control the independent professional services offered by listed nurses.
What should I do in an emergency?
WholeWell RN should not be used for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
